What do vegans eat – April edition

What do vegans eat?

Well this month, it feels like it was mostly desserts and asparagus. Not together, that would be gross. There were desserts, and asparagus featured in a lot of meals,were also burritos, pies, truffles and yes salad.

I’ve instagrammed the bee-jesus out of the most interesting food from April, which includes pie from Mr Nice Pie, burrito from MexItUp, a three course meal at The Duck’s Nest in Presteigne, which featured dehydrated garlic oil (looks like feta but tastes like…weird). Plus an awesome stuffed pepper (with avocado and, natch, roasted asparagus) courtesy of my Mum.
